I am a passionate researcher and student leading innovative projects like the CAPIBARA mission, a high school initiative to study high-energy astrophysics.
My research focuses on cosmology, particularly addressing the Hubble Tension, a long-standing challenge in the field.
I am also a skilled programmer and data analyst, demonstrated through work such as the Genetics10 project, the TdM maths game, and this website, which I coded from scratch.
Beyond research, I enjoy playing the piano, both solo and collaboratively, as well as volunteering at Barcelona’s Science Museum CosmoCaixa and with the NGO Cycling Without Age.
This is my general career website, read more about my projects here.
Gave a talk to the Explainers community (comprehending a diversity of age and interests) the CAPIBARA Collabotion, explaning our ambitious goals and encouraging young people to take an active role in research.
Won the first prize at Jugend Forscht Iberia 2025, Spain-Portugal international level, presenting a project on SNIa measurement of the Hubble-Lemaître constant.
Fetatured in the Explainers Coneguem-nos ("Let's get to know") interviewing project among the CosmoCaixa's Explainers community, where I discussed current and future academic projects as well as some museum curiosities.
The Institut d'Estudies Espacials de Catalunya featured in this news article my research stay at the Institute of Space Sciences (ICE-CSIC) during summer 2024, where I worked with the supernova group (SN-ICE) on a project about Type Ia SNe as cosmological distance indicators.
News article by Deutsche Schulen Iberien on my successful participation in the Jugend Forscht science competition in the state-level at Nordrhein-Westfalen.
I received advanced training in computational image analysis, focusing on processing Landsat 8 thermal images, some of the work being accessible here. During this time, I also visited major facilities, including the German Space Operations Center (GSOC) and got to know about some of the current and future projects and missions developed in situ.
Participated in the Explainers program at Barcelona’s Science Museum CosmoCaixa, where I engaged visitors in hands-on scientific demonstrations and interactive activities. This role involved communicating complex scientific concepts in an accessible and engaging way, fostering curiosity and promoting science education among people of all ages.
